4月27日~5月2日，瓦赫宁根大学荷兰营养基因组学中心主任Sander Kersten教授及其助理教授Guido Hooiveld博士应邀来“中心”进行学术交流。

           Kersten教授和Hooiveld博士来访期间，还先后做了4场学术报告和1次专题培训（“Use of nutrigenomics tools in nutrition research”、“Regulation of the physiological response to dietary fat”、“Molecular effects of dietary fiber in colon”、“Advanced visualisation, integration and biological interpretation of omics data”、“Introduction Cytoscape”），并参与了肉品营养组学进展交流会，与相关师生进行了座谈，探讨了肉品蛋白质和脂肪营养组学的相关科学问题和研究方法等，为我校在此领域的研究提出了建设性意见，对提升我校食品营养组学研究水平起到推动作用。
